The material used is "Piano Wire Type A, SWP-A." This spring is processed by a multi-forming machine, involving winding and bending. Since the flatness of the product is important (to avoid rattling when placed on a flat surface), we use dedicated jigs for inspection and management. After forming the spring, heat treatment (bluing) is performed, and blackening treatment is applied for rust prevention.
